Terms of service
Effective [EFFECTIVE DATE]
These terms cover creditrollhq.com and the Creditroll service, provided by muhh_ LLC, a [STATE] limited liability company. By reserving an event, paying, or downloading the free kit, you agree to them on behalf of your organization.
1. The service
Creditroll is an early-access, done-for-you service for one event at a time. We set up session check-in and check-out, collect attendee license numbers, calculate credits using the rules you give us, and email certificates and an attendance and credit report. What each package includes is listed on the pricing section of creditrollhq.com.
2. What stays your responsibility
- Accreditation. You keep your accreditation and provider approval. We do not accredit courses, approve credits or report to licensing boards for you, unless your package includes an export file, which you submit.
- Your inputs. You give us an accurate agenda, credit hours per session, credit rules, provider number and certificate wording, and you approve the certificate template before we send any certificates.
- Attendee data. You confirm you are allowed to share attendee information with us for this purpose, and you tell attendees that Creditroll handles check-in and certificates for you.
3. Accuracy
We calculate credits from the check-in and check-out records attendees create and the rules you approve. We are not responsible for credits lost because an attendee did not check in or out, or entered wrong details. If we make a calculation error, we correct it and reissue the affected certificates free of charge.
4. Payment and refunds
Prices are in US dollars and are per event. The deposit, balance and refunds follow our Refund and cancellation policy, which is part of these terms.
5. Data
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy policy. For attendee data, we act on your behalf and follow your instructions, including deleting it when you ask.
6. Ownership
You own your logo, content and attendee data. We own the Creditroll name, our tools, templates and the free kit. You may use the free kit inside your organization; you may not resell it or present it as your own product.
7. The free kit
The free kit is provided as is, without any promise that it fits your accreditor's rules. Check its results before you issue certificates.
8. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any event is limited to the amount you paid us for that event. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost revenue or a problem with your accreditation, unless the law does not allow this limit.
9. Ending the service
Either side may cancel an event under the Refund and cancellation policy. We may refuse or stop work that would break the law or these terms, and we refund any part of the service not delivered.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], USA. We may update them; the version in effect when you reserve applies to that event. Questions: hello@creditrollhq.com, muhh_ LLC, [ADDRESS].
