Creditroll is a service of muhh_ LLC, a [STATE] limited liability company ("Creditroll", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect on creditrollhq.com and while delivering our service, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We do not sell personal information.
What we collect

Attendee data
When we run an event, the organization that hired us decides what attendee data is collected and how long it is kept; we process it only to deliver that event. We do not use attendee data for our own marketing. We delete it when the organization asks, and in any case within 90 days after we deliver the certificates and report, unless the organization asks us in writing to keep it longer.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that run Creditroll for us, and only what each needs: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting, site analytics and email forwarding), Tally (forms) and Google (email). We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell or rent personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which ads bring people to the site. Ad platforms we advertise on may record that you clicked an ad. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works.
Emails
If you ask for the free kit, we may also send occasional updates about Creditroll. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we stop as soon as you use it.
How long we keep things
- Reservation and kit requests: until you ask us to delete them, or 24 months after our last contact.
- Payment records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Attendee data: see Attendee data above.
Where it is stored
Creditroll is run from Egypt by a US company, and our providers may store data in the United States or other countries. We choose providers that protect data with industry-standard security.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Write to hello@creditrollhq.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you were an attendee at a client's event, we will pass your request to that organization and act on its instructions.
Security
The site uses HTTPS. Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-certified payment processor. Access to client and attendee data is limited to the people delivering your event.
Children
Creditroll is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
